August was a rough month for me, my baby went away to college, and my pets and I are all alone in an empty nest. I wrote a little about it on my other blog, Starting on Monday.
Right now I am reading Fighting The Pull by Kristen Ashley, coming out September 12, and I am loving it so far. My next book is Tyrant by RK Lilley, which just released today. I’m listening to Double Pucked by Lauren Blakely. HOLY HOTNESS. And my next listen is Kissing Kosher by Jean Meltzer which just released today.
Next weekend we head to Readers on the River in Louisville KY. I’m so excited to see some bookish friends! I have been listening to authors at the signing, including Devney Perry’s Runaways Series (get all 5 for 1 credit!), The Charlie Davidson Series by Darynda Jones, and We Own Tonight by Corinne Michaels (review below). I’m hoping to squeeze in one more.
