Aurora Rose Reynolds has yet to disappoint me. I adore each and every one of her OTT alpha males and her strong female leads. Assumption was no exception. I loved Autumn’s spunkiness. And Kenton? Oh, Kenton. So rough on the outside, so adoring of the ones he loves on the inside. One of my favorite possessive traits was how he would wrap her hair around his hand when they feel asleep! So beautiful.

This book was hot. And suspenseful. It is the first in a spin off series of interconnected standalones. I can’t wait for Obligation! Well done, Mrs. Reynolds, well done.

I LOVE KAI AND MYLA!!!

Aurora Rose Reynolds has quickly become a go-to author for me. When she publishes a book…I click. It’s just that simple. I am guaranteed an overbearing, sexy as hell, domineering alpha…and a feisty, sweet, and lovable female lead. Aurora’s books leave me with a bone deep happiness that has me walking around with a perma-grin hugging my kindle. Obligation did not disappoint.

Kai and Myla were a beautiful couple. And dang those two can heat up a kindle! Kai had so many pant-melting lines, it was really hard to pick just one to highlight in this review….but this one…yeah…this one…

“Feed me, Makamae.” – WHOA. Just Whoa. When you get to that part, you’ll see.

In addition to fantastic leading characters, we were also blessed with hilarious side characters… All I can say is Frank had me in stitches! “No one thinks Frank is as funny as Frank thinks he is.” I beg to differ…I thought Frank was frickin’ HI-larious!

Overall, this was another hit. Steamy, suspenseful, and sweet…the perfect combination. It had me salivating for the next installment of this series…I can’t wait for Sven!
