June 2026 Review and Release Recap

June was a super busy month for me. It was my birthday, my son’s birthday, we had family in town, and I just didn’t get a chance to review all of the books I listened to yet. But it was one of my best reading months ever, so stay tuned for more recommendations!

I posted over 250 new book and audiobook releases and hundreds of sales. I read 8 books and reviewed 5. I review every book, so I will get to them. My new boyfriend is a movie buff so I saw a ton of movies instead of reading, so it was a bit of a light month for me. I had a bit of a hard time with Saturn Returning because I just wasn’t the right audience, but the rest were some of my favorites of the year.

A Curse of Beasts and Magic by Jeaniene Frost was my most anticipated book of the year, and let me tell you, it totally lived up!
