Ana’s Attic is MOVING, please re-set your bookmarks!

In 2 weeks it will be two years since I started Ana’s Attic…officially. It actually began as a regular website with different areas, there was my closet, which had all sorts of lingerie, there was my Red Room of Pain and Pleasure (which I still have), and my Bookshelf with my top recommendations.

Then we had Ana’s Diary, which was the blog. But it was never a real blog, or set up to be one. I didn’t want to be a book blog, because I thought it was all about drama, which I don’t do. But guess what? It turned into a blog anyway, and I stay away from the drama.

So I had this name, anas-attic (anasattic wasn’t available), but the blog was just part of it, hence anas-attic/anas_diary. Well because of that, except for one old post and my front page, google doesn’t see me. At all. Plus my URLs are long and cumbersome.

We aquired anasattic about a year ago, and it has just been forwarding to my old long address. Lately the 4-5,000 people a day have been too much for my servers to handle, so we have decided to move the site (which is so scary, over 850 posts!!!). And while we are at it, change to anasattic.com. Ana’s Diary is officially DEAD.

So here is the deal…there is a “limbo” period, where both sites are up and working. The old site will transfer to the new. But some of your comments will be lost. Any comments made this week on my old site will be gone 🙁

But rest assured, as long as you clicked “I commented” on the rafflecopter, they are counted, and I still see them in my email.

E-mail subscribers…there may be some glitches. You may miss a few e-mails, we don’t know if the old one will work. I am moving my e-mail delivery service this week as well.

My RSS feed may have issues as I move which will affect Bloglovin’, feed burner and linky subscribers. I’m hoping to have it all resolved this week, but there will be old links out there!

So please be patient, and I’m sorry for the missing comments!
