Rebecca’s Lost Journals, Volume 3: His Submissive by Lisa Renee Jones is the third in the series of novellas meant to be read between the amazing If I Were You (Inside Out Series 1) and Being Me (Inside Out Series 2) coming June 11th. Rebecca’s nightmares are getting worse, and she feels she needs to just sign the contract because she can’t take the indecision anymore. So she signs it, takes a photo, and texts it to “Him”. His reaction was not the joy she expected, in fact, it was quite the opposite. He punishes her in the diner bathroom (I thought it was pretty hot).

“…I will push you to your limit, Rebecca, but I will always leave you thoroughly pleasured.”

But Rebecca was pissed. This was more than she bargained for. She has co-workers that frequent the diner. In fact, Rebecca, despite wanting to sign the contract, seems like she is willing to sign just to get more of “him” rather than to be a true submissive. And it seems to me there is no wiggle room from him. He just pulls her deeper and deeper into the BDSM world that she is not quite ready to enter.

Although “he” says the right things, I don’t see that he makes it happen.

“As your Master, my greatest desire and responsibility is your pleasure, happiness, and safety. To upset you is to fail you”

But despite her unease, he shares her with Master Two.

“It bothered me to be shared, and yet it aroused me. I knew then that I had completely lost control of myself again.”

“When he’s fucking you, and touching you, and licking you, Rebecca, I can watch every little nuance of how it affects you. It’s like a window into your pleasure that allows me to not only give you more, but also be the best Master I can be. I can’t do that when your hot little body is squeezing my cock into oblivion. This was definitely the hottest of the series, and I must confess, I really have no clue who the Master is and it’s starting to bug me! I am also finding myself a little more detached from the story. I think perhaps it is because I don’t know, and don’t particularly like the Master.
